To be eligible for a refund, in the event you receive a damaged/defective item, you may take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service within 3 days upon goods received with email or platform that you purchased your goods.

Refunds
1. We will do compensate within two to three (2-3) working days.

If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered
1. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
2. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you within two to three (2-3) working days.

Your item must be in the original packaging.
